Briefing
Swissnex is the Swiss Embassy’s global network for innovation, science, and technology, connecting Swiss entrepreneurs, researchers, and companies around the world. For the third consecutive year, we were chosen to document and amplify their presence at WebSummit 2025, one of the largest and most influential technology and innovation events on the planet. Our challenge was to go beyond traditional coverage and convey the impact of Swiss innovations on the global market. We needed to create content that not only recorded the events of the summit, but also reinforced Swissnex’s broader purpose as a strategic link between people and institutions in education, research, and technology.
Solution
We designed comprehensive audiovisual coverage to capture the essence of the event and highlight Swissnex’s participation in a genuine and impactful way. We produced exclusive testimonials with startups, providing an inside look at future market leaders, as well as a dynamic aftermovie that consolidated their presence at WebSummit. This year, we also took on the comprehensive management of social media, specifically Instagram, during the event cycle—before, during, and after the event—ensuring consistent, engaging communication aligned with the brand’s positioning. We delivered 11 feed posts in different formats, as well as daily real-time stories coverage, significantly expanding the reach and reinforcing Swissnex’s digital presence throughout the entire journey. In addition to audiovisual content and social media management, we were responsible for sound and presentations at the booth, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. With over 400 photos processed, we recorded everything from interactions at the booth to the main insights of the event, consolidating Swissnex as one of the major global agents of innovation at WebSummit 2025.
